lovely quick getaway. Menorca is gorgeous! leave early 8am if wanting to get in to any of the popular beaches

Clean and decent food choices. staff worked hard and were very friendly. Good location. good balcony and modern decor.

the cleaning staff were very noisy in the halls when we were trying to sleep. especially those of us who got in on a late flight. otherwise excellent. standard rooms were very small.

A very pleasant hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, great food, lovely beds and quiet nights.

The bed was very comfortable and there was little to no noise at night. It was very clean and staff were friendly and presentable. The food was of a very good standard and variety and choice was extremely good. The pool area was nice, clean and well laid out with nice greenery and good access to and from the garden. The bar had a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere with good stand entertainment and range to suit all. Its location was just right, very quiet but within 10-15 minutes of a pleasant walk to restaurants, beach, supermarkets and the scenic hikers coastal trek. All in all a very pleasant and appealing hotel and typically Spanish.

The dining room Manager was a little cold and seemed to have her favorites. With some new guests she showed the whereabouts of different foodstuffs etc... while other new guests were ignored and left to their own devices. Her greetings were largely for those entering the dining while she seldom gave attention to those leaving after their meal. Her attitude at times to dining room staff seemed abrupt at times. We particularly took exception to her chastisement of a young child (about 7) in a non professional manner for simply standing in front of the soft drinks tap. If I had been the child's parent I most certainly would have confronted her about it.

Great small hotel, lovely quiet location, very clean & modern. staff brilliant, excellent variety and quality of food, small by nice pool, never an issue for sun beds.

The only downside was the small lift

A very nice quiet hotel with excellent facilities.

Very close to a lovely little cove with sandy beach, but even after the school holidays the beach was still crowded every day. The sea was teaming with fish so great for snorkelling. The hotel was mostly adults so nice and quiet, there were always sunbeds available. So much fresh food, it was all delicious. Sangria on tap was amazing! It was probably the best hotel of this type I have stayed in.

My only complaint was that some things were not labelled properly, so butter and margarine labels sometimes switched round. For a vegetarian you had to check frequently as they put ham in lots of unexpected foods - like Russian salad, peas, tomato sauce but did not label. I advised the staff and they made an effort not to put ham with peas but there were not always main dishes for veggies, although always lots of salads, potatoes and veg combinations.Sometimes they had veggie pizza, paella and canneloni which was nice. There is only one lift for four floors so often had to wait. The lift was very old and small and someone told me he had got stuck in there the previous year.

Initially disappointed with room as one of very few gusts with no balcony- had to push hard to get w

I went last year and had a balcony overlooking the pool- this year a small room with no balcony when I had read that all rooms had balconies. I pushed for a balcony room and eventually got one facing the back - but this was a birthday treat for my nephew so we were obv disappointed initially. I would go back but only if I could be guaranteed a pool balcony room. The atmosphere is lovely in the hotel - very relaxing .

A great stay!

Everything was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was always very clean, the pool was quite decent and the food was really good and with a lot of variety! The nearest beach was only 5 minutes walking (not the best beach from Menorca but still ok) and the bus stop that takes you to Ciutadella was right at the hotel’s exit.

There is no parking, but we already knew from the description and there was places to park around the hotel.

food was great, good variety.

food was great, good variety. Room was lovely, they gave us a family room for 3 so there was 2 seperate areas and 2 balconies. Bathroom large and clean with hot and powerful shower. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful especially the life guard and entertainment staff. This looks like an older hotel from the outside (believe it is over 30 years old) but has been thoroughly modernised inside. Safe deposit costs 25 euros for the week. Small fridge with complimentary water bottle inside and there is a water machine to refill them downstairs. Air con worked well and was quiet. TV has about 40 channels, 3 in english (BBC1, BBC2, ITV). Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Grass area, table tennis, pool table and 2 pools. There is a gym but I didn't use it.

if the room is over the bar area you can hear noise from the entertainment in the evening but this stopped at 11pm every night. Parking can be hit and miss as you park in the street however, the furthest I had to park was around 100 metres from the hotel. Both of the above comments are minor in my opinion.

The food was great, really delicious and great choice of menu. Staff is really nice and hardworking. Rooms are OK, they are clean but could be better. The coffee is poor, but you can order one in the bar from the coffee machine and it’s a lot better. We loved the whole Menorca, this area around the hotel is also nice. This hotel is really a great choice and great value for money. We had a room for three and there was actually separate room, which we didn’t expect and was really great. I also loved the pillow.

Confortable rooms, great food. Close to Ciutadella. Recommended.

The food was excellent. Parking was on the streets front/near the hotel, but it was enough (consider we stayed in October) and safe. Staff was helpful, hotel provided a room after check-out so that we would take a bath before leaving.

We ended paying for 1 lunch, because we were told we could change one of the dinners. So we requested to change the dinner of the last day, that was not included in the "half-board". The problem was that on the 3 times we asked about the change, no one bother to confirm this, and only after we had our meal, it was told that we had to pay.

Nice room, bathroom, and facilities. Staff attentive and ready to help. Would go back.

Not something we disliked but feedback to improve: Could have more variety of food in the buffet. When you spend a couple of days there tends to be a bit repetitive the food.

Good value for all inclusive staff friendly rooms really nice

Do not book the 2nd week of October as it is the start of winter shutdown the staff where brill but where wrapping the place up for winter round us run out of certain wines and spirits by Friday night only 7 people left on Sunday afternoon place like ghost town same goes for must of cala Blanca centre
