What was the highlight of Hotel Globales Cala Blanca
Hotel was fine and handy to move around IF you have a car.
Breakfast was great , everything you could wish for. Room was not big but fine with comfy beds and quiet. With a garden view from a reasonable bolcony. There was entertainment which kept the bar area busy. ( not to our liking but that is just a question of taste..) The area has reasonble public transport links ( one bus per hour ). Also good road links to most places. Parking in the area was on street but easy.
My one gripe would be the tiny smoking area , hidden away , uncomfortable and no way to have a drink , seat and chat. It was dubbed the naughty corner and I felt punished. ( Fine for the non smokers but we smokers don´t need to be treated so badly. The local Cala Blanca was OK to take the sun but it was full of smelly seaweed and the water smelled too. It was the perfect spot for an early moprning swim but too smelly.

lovely quick getaway. Menorca is gorgeous! leave early 8am if wanting to get in to any of the popular beaches
Clean and decent food choices. staff worked hard and were very friendly. Good location. good balcony and modern decor.
the cleaning staff were very noisy in the halls when we were trying to sleep. especially those of us who got in on a late flight. otherwise excellent. standard rooms were very small.
